RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR ALL INDIA

AYURVEDA PG THESIS AWARDS 2024

• All the Ayurveda doctors with PG in Dravyaguna Vigyan and Rasa Shastra & Bhaishajya
  Kalpana during 1st August 2023 - 31st July 2024 can apply for this year's award.
• The summary of the entire thesis should be Single authored, submitted in PDF format; in Sanskrit or Hindi (Font-Krutidev-010) having font size 14 with 1.5 spaces, or English (Font-Times new Roman) having font size 12 with 1.5 spaces with not more than 3000 words (maximum 15 pages).
• The identity of the candidate including Full Name, Name of the Institution or any other details should not be revealed anywhere in the document/application.
• The summary should be sent along with the scanned copy of the "Registration form" which should be filled out and duly attested by Principal or State Joint Organizing Secretary to certify that the participant was a regular student at the particular institution.
• The document along with registration form should be attached as separate file in the same E-mail and sent to the following Email Id: yapawards@gmail.com
• Only thesis abstract received through email will be entertained.
• The last date for receiving the thesis is 10th October 2024.
• The Thesis will be evaluated by a panel of judges after coding and the decision of panel will be final. Awarded Thesis will be published in Journal of Vishwa Ayurveda Parishad.
• After proper reviewing of the thesis, the concerned central committee of VAP will announce the result.
• This year main function will be organized in the National Institute of Ayurveda, Jaipur, Rajasthan and winners will be felicitated during 'Samayojana 2024" at Jaipur from 15"- 17"
• Nov. 2024. All the participants will be eligible to get Participation certificates.
• The winners will be provided Three Tier AC Rail fare and moderate hospitality to attend the main function.
